Roadblocked

When an typically grassroots political party or movement gets killed off because the pseudo-democratic powers at be don't like it as it interferes with their agenda. In doing so the illusion of democracy is thought to be maintained as it doesn't appear too blatant and the movement ends up disappearing leaving people with no alternative by the time an election comes. Thus the cycle never ends yet the government will claim democracy works and gives everybody a choice.

Usual methods of roadblocking include but are not limited to: getting hijacked or bribed, not given any media time , paid or being classed as a terrorist organization.
Guy 1: Since when is the EDL a terrorist organization?
