Risperdal

A horrible pill I took for anxiety when I was a young teenager. I was very skinny and very thin before I took this pill, I was a size 2 and very thin for my frame. Everyone always said I was too thin. A couple months after taking Risperdal I had gained 35 pounds. Horrible. This pill ruined my hot body for my teen years. If you are taking this pill you will experience rapid weight gain no matter what you do. I was lucky I was so skinny before taking it. It ruined my body for years. Years later I still have to do hours of treadmill every day, tons of exercising and dieting because it messed up my metabolism. Multiple hours of treadmill each day and skipping meals is what it took to lose the Risperdal weight. I was lied to by my doctor about the weight gain side effect because I was so skinny and so thin my doctor thought I didn't need to know. My doctor blatantly lied about the side effects. It took years to lose that weight and years later I have to continue the extreme exercise and dieting because of this. Risperdal ruined my teen years.
I went from being extremely thin and very skinny to gaining 35 pounds on Risperdal. I had to do lots of exercising and dieting to lose the weight years later.

Risperdal

A very well working highly potent medication with lots of risks and bad side affects. Personally, this medication has caused me panic disorder, and I have forgotten what it’s like to not be super scared and lightheaded.

Risperdal

Risperdal is an atypical anti-psychotic and anti-anxiety medication. It is often prescribed along with other medications. It's good for schizophrenia, anxiety, and also for irritability from autism spectrum (Propranolol works better for anxiety and irritability, but both probably work best). It reduces dopamine and serotonin. Adding an SSRI like Lexapro can help with depression. Sometimes more medications are needed, but they lower the dose of the other medications. Side effects of Risperdal include sleepiness and weight gain (though I didn't gain more than like 10 to 15 pounds and it's slowly in a year or two). Doses of 3mg to 4mg+ work for anxiety. Higher doses are for schizophrenia.
Timothy: I took 3mg of Risperdal a day and 20mg times 2 of Propranolol equaling 40mg for my anxiety and I feel relaxed. And I didn't gain as much weight as I thought I was going to.

Sam: I'm taking geodon for schizophrenia. I hate Risperdal! It makes you really fat.

Timothy: I didn't get too fat.

Sam: Lucky you.

risperdal

An anti-psycotic agent that is used to treat schizophrenia and other mental disorders. Personally I hate this medication because of all the side effects. You have no sexual desire and you can't have an orgasm. Also, sometimes white liquid comes out of your nipples. Since I've started taking these pills, I have gained almost 30 pounds. I've tried quitting this drug multiple times and I can't because it's helped me eat.
Everyone should boycott risperdal.

Risperdal Tits

n. large, vestigial breasts that develop after taking moderate to large doses of Risperdal or any other atypical antipsychotic (Zyprexa, Seroquel, Clozaril...) These breasts are formed by an increase in prolactin production by the mammaries and thus result in the breast enlargement regardless of diet, original bust size, and gender.
Mike: Dude, what's up with your boobs... I mean, dude, you've got boobs!

Dave: Oh yeah, my shrink gave me risperdal, 1 mg per day. These are my risperdal tits.

Risperdal God Complex

The feeling of ultimate power which accompanies the growth of vestigial breast in a man who has taken large doses of the anti-psychotic drug Risperdal
Hey James, can you dial it down a bit?

"I physically am incapable of 'dialing it down' my Risperdal God Complex prohibits it"

The striver is an interesting phenomenon that is seen across college campuses. In essence, the striver is an over-achiever who comes from a working or middle class family. He may be an immigrant. He may have been a slacker in HS who was "born again" into an academic wunderkind. Or he may just be an over-achiever who is keeping at it.

The striver is willing to sacrifice his social life at the expense of Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude. The striver is the guy who stays at the library long after you are gone. The striver is the guy who takes 30 credits/semester and considers anything below an A/4.0 failure. The striver doesn't work on campus, he is too busy finding ways to pad his resume instead of working retail or workstudy. The striver lets his grades pay his education by applying to ten scholarships a year.

The striver is a future Soros/Fullbright/Rhodes/Gates/Marshall/etc. fellow. The striver lives to study. For the striver, their fun comes from the rewards they expect to receive in return for their diligence. Be it Law School, B-School, academia, or politics. The striver seeks to find the American Dream through academic success.
Anthony was a striver. He transfered from a TTT to an IVY and graduated in 2 years. He studied his ass off and went to Penn Law. He got a Biglaw offer. But lost it all because of an unmoderated mesasgeboard.

- Barack Obama
- Harold Koh

SkyPesos

Delta SkyMiles, also known as SkyPesos, is the frequent flyer program of Delta Airlines. It has a very poor value and hard to use.
- I'm trying to book an award flight to Paris, but I only have 70,000 SkyPesos
- Just forget about it, you don't have enough SkyPesos to fly anywhere.
