To dance like a complete retard, usually involves extreme lack of co-ordination, arm flailing and jumping about.

OMG look its laurens retancing AGAIN, she looks like a complete retard, oh no she's goin to retance AGAIN....i dont know whats worse,her outfit or her retancing!
