A particularly firey
Indian dish, where young extremely
short chicklets are substituted for the adult variety. This adds a certain gamey taste, when coupled with green chilli's can leave you speechless. Generally served with corriander and yoghurt. Other varieties of the Randella include; Lamb Randella,
Shrimp Randella, Seafood Bisk Randella and my personal favourite, Pork Randella.
