This is the technical-sounding slang term meaning "related to the obsession towards someone's birth date coinciding with the fasting month of Ramadan". Bearing the suffix "-philic" (meaning "love-related"), this term is a derivative of the slang "quavo" referring to someone born during Ramadan — named after the rapper Quavo born in Ramadan on Tuesday, April 2nd 1991.

His quavophilic tendencies make him research all the famous people born during Ramadan, especially since Quavo shares a birthday with him!
