To make money quickly.

Quid is the colloquial term for £ Sterling in the UK. It derives its use from Cockney, the dialect used to the East of London.
"QuickQuid.com", the website is the most well known user of the term.

"Give us a QuickQuid guv", guv being short for governor, an authority figure.

"Want to make QuickQuid?" commonly used in advertising for get rich schemes.
