adj pretentious, finicky, fastidious, money-face, "high maintenance."
1. to describe someone, especially a young woman, who's finicky and by extension pretentious. It has a negative connotation, but not a very strong one.
2. noun informal, derogatory a male homosexual, typically one regarded as ostentatiously effeminate and overtly overcritical fussy.
