Amalgamation of two words; pug and tard.

Used in MMO's for pickup group idiots who join a premade group, then talk too much and are held back by knowing too little. Also, often found to be aggressive.

1) Pronounced PWAH-nard. A portmanteau of the French words "puant" & "renard", meaning smelly fox. It is known for being the username of a certain self-described musky fox on Twitch.
