Amalgamation of two words; pug and tard.

Used in MMO's for pickup group idiots who join a premade group, then talk too much and are held back by knowing too little. Also, often found to be aggressive.

We have only one pugtard in this group.

PugTard is a term pug owners can use so basically if a pug is being really derpy and being you can call him a PugTard

You: Oh Hey Jim! Do you like my pug Gretel?

Jim: She look like a PugTard lmao
