primful

'primful' is a term used to describe someone who's constantly and consistently done things that are "objectively" retarded. You are able to use this term when someone you know either says/does something dumb and stupid. 'Primful' people are generalized by their inability to think far ahead -- or see the deeper meaning in situations that could possibly lead to a better conclusion.

Or just a term to call someone when you're pissed at them.

Candy: Have you guys read the new One Piece chapter? Luffy died.
Prim: Do you think he'll activate Gear Six: Gear Death?
Nar: what the fuck does that even mean
Candy: sigh
Nar: Primful behavior as usual...

1.To ninja a tanking item from a tank and claim you need it for arena.

2.Being Really Dumb

Started from the realm Rexxar in World Of Warcraft when a noob mage need rolled on the tanking trinket: Commendation of Kael'thas and said he needed for arena then went on the rexxar realm forum and flamed the tank for being a crappy tank then got flamed world wide.
