Occupants of said room then from a circle in which they are positioned one behind another. The aforementioned men then grip the nutsack of the man to their front (using right hand) and use left hand to collect fresh shit from their own poophole. The man who succumbs to the pain of nutsack squezzing first must then consume the shit of all others using only a bendy straw.
