Phwee Phwee is a smart cookie!! She is quick to correct any incorrect facts and loves to do so! She enjoys reading and video games and basketball. Her thick, stick straight blonde hair is either in a low ponytail or just down and if anyone even dares to try to change that or even touch it, you're a goner!! Her calm but fun personality is entertaining and makes you happy to be her friend. She is loyal to her best friends in their ups and downs. They are long life friends, so never let them go!

From the Card Captor Sakura English manga, "phwee" is the romanized version of the sound she makes ("Hoeeeeee..." {pronounced like ho-eeeee}). It's supposed to show surprise or confusion.

Pwee is used in flim trilogies (can be used if there's more than three films), this is when A sequel in a franchise is far worse than the original movie

The opposite of this is Quee , where a movie is far better than its original movie

Both words come from the Irish Language

Not used in any other medium e. g Video Games

Phee 

A tall, funny, smart beautiful and outgoing person who is probably not the most athletic person you will get to know. She has a love for animals and other human beings. If you walk over her she will crush you and probably never talk to you again. But she is a believer of second chances. even third if she belives highly of you. She can be weird at ways and random but is still always trying to be the best for everyone. She wants people to happy and sometimes lets that get in the way of herself.

Person 1: Have you seen that girl?
Person 2: Yeah, she must be a phee.
