The Patriot Guard Riders, PGR, are Honorable, Dedicated and Invited Motorcycle Club which among many duties, has the privilege to escort and provide security in a law abiding and orderly fashion for Veteran organizations, ceremonies and most of all provides peace and comfort for the families of fallen heroes and their families to grieve and morn the loss of the their loved ones in peace. Shield the mourning family and their friends from interruptions created by any protester or group of protesters.
We accomplish the latter through strictly legal and non-violent means.
To those of you who are currently serving and fighting for the freedoms of others, at home and abroad, please know that we are backing you. We honor and support you with every mission we carry out, and we are praying for a safe return home for all.

It consists of war veterans on motorbikes. They use their awesome choppers and masses of American Flags to obscure the whining douches behind them, allowing the families of the deceased to mourn without bullshit.

Never having served in the military, it was patriotastic of the senator to advocate war.

Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.

Surf Dracula Syndrome
A phenomenon in film/television series, most notably streaming series, where the main premise is drawn out to such a point that it takes an entire season or more to get the parts of the series the audience is actually interested in seeing.
For example, if a series is titled "Surf Dracula," a majority of viewers would tune in expecting to see Dracula surfing by the first or second episode. However, the entire first season would instead be tedious padding and backstory before finally ending with Dracula surfing in the last five minutes of the season finale.
