A person usually from Tibet. Named due to the day of birth as tibetans believed each day had a deity and that the person born on specific day should hold a name to represent that he/she is under the protection of a deity of that day.

Nurse: what do you want to name your child?
Mother: Since its friday, his name will be pasang
