Those awaiting to hear if they will be the next Pope.

The Popefuls, are waiting to hear, anxiously, if it might be, him/her.

Okay, so maybe it's not a word, but it definitely should be.

(Pretty much because it's so fun to say.)

But if it was a word:

1. In a pope-like way; in a way in which the pope would act.
2. A cooler way to say "hopefully."

He praised the people popefully.

He drove down the street popefully. (In other words: He drove in a popemobile.)

A: Maybe it'll snow tomorrow!
B: ...Popefully.
