Out Both Ends
A dance move where one squats while thrusting both their arms back and forth motion. Ideally your left arm should be placed in front of you (in front of your groin area) and your right arm should be placed behind your buttox. Repeat this motion while squatting and you will be performing the Out Both Ends correctly.
