A child age 9-12 who is loud and stupid and has no clue what they're actually railing about or what they're getting themselves into. Not used in children under 9 because that is normal child behavior.

"Blake is such an obnoxtard!"

"No, he's 12 so he's a jr. obnoxtard ya idiot!"
