Exhaling strongly through one nostril while pinching the other one shut, for the purposes of clearing out the nasal passages.

While camping I had no tissues, so I had to oakie blow to clear my nose.

Okie Blow

Pressing down with your finger on to one side of your nose and blowing out snot out threw the other side... Used when you need to bow your nose and do not have a kleenex. Sometimes also known as Farmer Blow... But never ever, ever, ever known as Hobo Blow.

Okie-blow

The act of blowing one's nose by blocking one sinus by pushing it shut with one finger, then blowing projectile snot out the other sinus.

I okie-blowed a snotwad onto the neighbors cat.

I have really good aim when I okie-blow.
