Immediate, automatic response towards the mentioning of members of the female sex with the objective being to obtain nude pictures of said female(s). Often used in the interrogative (question) form.

When someone doesn't believe that you "got some" they say this phrase. Meaning, if there are no nudy shots, nothing happened.

John: Yeah, man, I totally got laid last night.
Henry: Yeah right dude. Nudez or it didn't happen.
