Being cool with a metrosexual tone, almost ambiguous to being straight or gay, and resembling features of Trisomy 21 Chromosome abnormality (Down's syndrome) such as weak phitrum, sentinel line; also characterized by asking stupid questions repeatedly such as "where is the arcade, where is the arcade?"

He's hitting the night with all his might, but someone should tell him that he is being a nockster.

nookser 

The part of a restraint system (seat belt, harness, etc) that goes between the legs. commonly refered to as a "croch strap".

When I went on the sky swing, the seatbelt included a nookser to keep me from sliding under it.

When we took a ride on the sky swing, there was a nookser that prevented us from slipping under the seat belt.

A person who is fantastically brilliant and excels in Knowledge of the nerdy subjects.( like tv, school, books, youtube, awesome, ext.) Loves Fuu's, hates decepticons. Their fashion style is like a hipsters, they are just a lot awesomer, and like to laugh and write things.
