1) When you say something extremely ridiculous, as if it were an idea to be thought of when you were blitzed out of your skull.
2) Any ridiculous statement pertaining to use of marijuana.

1) "Let's go... get some horses... and gallop down this fucking driveway, dude... oh, no stoner."
2) "I'm smoking like 10 bowls. No stoner, though."

Leaving No Stone Unturned

Literally, it means you have turned over and looked beneath every possible stone. Idiomatically, it means you've looked everywhere you could and have done everything you could to try to solve some problem.

Dev: Didn't you find my book yet?
Ted: Believe me, I've left no stone unturned and did't find it.

no cough no stone 

When smoking marijuana and someone coughs you can say "no cough no stone" (as in "no pain no gain"). It means the coughing weedsmoker will get stoned anyway and need not worry.

I had to cough badly when she handed me the spliff, but she smiled and said "no cough no stone".
