As stated above, used to describe grace, balance and poise. Cats form the most common example.

nibbly bibbly

Used to describe In-N-Out french fries that are two small to be desired for eating.
"Hey, do you want the rest of my fries?"
"No, it's cool. All that's left are the nibbly bibbly ones anyway."
Fogey/fogy /fougi/ sl. (early 18C+, orig. Scot) old-fashioned, stuck-in-the mud.
Person with old fashioned ideas which he is unwilling to change: Come to the disco and stop being such an old fogey!
