a very unique, one of kind, Latina. She is a funny, goofy person who loves to have a good time. She tends to live in the moment, its almost impossible to be sad around a Neylene ad if she sees you sad she'll go out of her way to make you laugh. She does have her bad days, but never lets that define her. She's a fighter and loves to stand up for what she believes in.
