neighborleech

(adj)

The highly frequently needed adjective to describe the neighbor: who borrows everything and never returns anything; who drinks your beer, wine and booze, but never reciprocates; who hides inside until you have completed the shared yard cleaning, snow shoveling, and similar tasks; who blames you for any problems with their property, life, vehicles or pets; whose pet(s)defecate(s) not on their grass but on yours... causing it to yellow and die in the summer heat; vocally complains to other neighbors about anything that you haven't done for them today; and finally, who drives an eco-friendly vehicle while glaring at you with pompous disdain for not bowing down to them for their eco-superiority.

Term can also apply to countries, and geographically adjoining regions. British/Canadian spelling neighbourleech.
It was mighty neighborleech of Bob to cower inside until you had completed all of his snow shoveling after today's blizzard and leave sneering at you while he drove away in his hybrid.

Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is being geopolitically neighborleech in pulling out jets and troops from the fight against ISIS. He has left the heavy lifting to the United States and other western allies. The re-pussification of Canada is imminent.

Stealthie

when you're holding up your phone and making faces at it, as though you are taking a selfie, but you're really taking a picture of the person across from you or the wall or anything else that seems interesting but you don't want to be caught dead taking a picture of.

This action is often made more convincing by wiggling the eyebrows or opening the mouth, to pretend you're trying to get a Snapchat filter to work.
FRIEND A: "Did you just take a stealthie of me?"

FRIEND B (turning phone around): "no I was just using snapchat's new filter, see?"
