Needy

Someone who wants your attention, they want you to show them affection and love all the time. It is not nescesarily a bad thing although it may become annoying, depending on how you look at things.

Business Needs

Company speak used by slop-badgering managers to mean "We're going to shaft you up the arse because we can!". Normally used to justify business decisions that have no justification, or rhtyme or reason for that matter.

We are going to half your wages and double your hours due to business needs.

a timeless phrase, used with great versatility. you can say this at pretty much any time or situation but definately works best when said during one of those long awkward pauses in a conversation.

sometimes shortened to simply "dental plan..." let open to completion by others present, or simply left abbreviated.

taken from the famous "union" episode of the simpsons, this is what homer repeats to himself over and over again whilst trying to decide whether to pursue a dental plan program for workers of the nuclear plant or to give up this right for a free keg of beer. hrmmm....

needs more cowbell

This phrase was originally used by Christopher Walken on SNL with Will Ferrel. He was indicating that something needs more emphasis, or literally "Needs more cowbell".
Aired on April 8th, 2000.

This is also referenced in World of Warcraft in a quest in Outland, where you escort a ghost cow.

That was pretty good but it needs more cowbell.
