(verb): The act of deliberately and maliciously withholding something desired by another, often accompanied by flaunting one's own enjoyment or possession of said thing; "negative edging."

Example 1:
James: "Hey, I got that last slice of pizza you wanted!"
Sal: **super baked** "No way bro! Hand it over!"
James: **Takes a big bite and chews loudly, moaning kinda sexually** "MMMmmm... So fuuucking good! I am creaming..."

A girl who's not quick legal yet, but you know is smoking hot. And when the day comes you will be all over her. In some places can be used as an adjective, which puts it in an illegal context, albeit even Smurf-ian.
