The world 'Narsaye' was originated from an English rap group called D-Block Europe that promoted the word in there songs and active slang between one another causing the word to explode and become a very popular slang.

The word defines as 'You know what I'm saying'. The term is used to agree or say you get me but is more of a joke rather than being said seriously in context.
LB : 'Thats some good loud'

narsayyee

it's basically 'you know what i'm saying' or like 'do you get it?' or ' do you understand?'. it is British slang, created by a popular rapper here in the UK, called Young Adz. he has a wide fanbase who heard him saying 'narsayyee' at the start and end of his songs, and started to also use as a common saying. i added the extra y and e because you're meant to kinda elongate that part narsayyee
people use the "word" as a joke, narsayyee?
