monolit

Monolit is an Eastern Europe Thrash Metal band formed that was formed in 1988 in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The band remained active until 1992, when political and ethnic tensions caused the Bosnian war to break out, and they were never heard of again. During the war, the band's drummer, Zlatko "Zuba" Mehić was killed in action. The band reformed in 2006, and released their demo they recorded in 1989, called Deimos Tapes. In 2012, Monolit released their first album.

The Apes and The Monolith

An idiom used to describe the reverence given to someone or something that is venerated. The term originated from a scene in 2001: A Space Odyssey. In this scene, apes, the early ancestors of mankind, find and venerate a mysterious monolith that has appeared near their home.

monolids

Monolid or mono eyelid or Mongolian fold (outdated incorrect term) or Epicanthic fold (technical term) or slanty eye (derogatory term) is a single eyelid, instead of double eyelids. Monolid is not solely an Asian trait. Those who call it Asian eyes are too dumb and ignorant, usually Americans because they don't live in Europe, to know that many Europeans and Africans have this trait too. European ethnic groups that tend to have epicanthus relatively frequently are Scandinavians, Poles, Germans, the Irish and British.

Student: "why do Europeans have Asian eyes?"
Master: "because they're not Asian eyes. Europeans have it too. They're monolids, you cunt eyes."
