Monolid or mono eyelid or Mongolian fold (outdated incorrect term) or Epicanthic fold (technical term) or slanty eye (derogatory term) is a single eyelid, instead of double eyelids. Monolid is not solely an Asian trait. Those who call it Asian eyes are too dumb and ignorant, usually Americans because they don't live in Europe, to know that many Europeans and Africans have this trait too. European ethnic groups that tend to have epicanthus relatively frequently are Scandinavians, Poles, Germans, the Irish and British.

Student: "why do Europeans have Asian eyes?"
Master: "because they're not Asian eyes. Europeans have it too. They're monolids, you cunt eyes."

monolids 

monolids are more commonly known as "Asian eyes" (although many Indians, and even Caucasians may have them) Its when the crease of your eyelids dont show. It is popular in Asia for people to use products like eyelid tape and eyelid glue to achieve a double eyelid. This isnt necessarily because they have a desire to look Caucasian, or because monolids are unattractive or anything. The main reason women wear eyelid tape is because it can be difficult to apply mascara and eyeshadow to monolids.

Single eyelid. Usually south-east and central Asians have monolid eyes.
People with monolid eyes usually have small eyes which makes them look less pretty and more violent. In order to have bigger and better eyes, monolids use special glue, fake eyelashes or undertake double eyelid surgery.
