American — Origin (?-1990's on)
A welt, blister, sore or rash located on the inner thigh—typically caused by the thighs rubbing together and, therefore, appearing on both legs.
Common to men in shorts, those indulging on
long walks in hot and/or humid weather, runners and fatties. Also applicable to welts, bruises or injuries caused by vigorous
oral suction on the thighs or elsewhere on the body.
