To destroy an object to a point it is no longer recognisable, most usually left in a state of disarray, a heap or scattered around the near vicinity. To
shred,
chew, chomp or destroy through any number of means, be it using
teeth, hands or machinery. Mollication usually occurs in a state of anger, fury or disgust.
"I most certainly mollicated it."
