A mcglogus is when you go to McDonald’s and purchase a Big Mac with cheese. First thing that you do is take the cheese off and put it beside you. Then, you stick your penis through the Big Mac without cheese and receive durbz at the same time. Once you finish, you apply the cheese around your penis and leave it there until the next time you receive mcglogus.

Cole’s two-inch-punisher was not capable of receiving mcglogus.
