Mizz Out

To spend time alone and allow yourself to feel your unpleasant, angsty, and/or negative feelings until they've run their course.

*Alone time may include activities such as watching movies and yelling at the tv, crying about stupid things, listening to the same song in repeat, eating loads of junk food in your pjs, playing videogames all night, laying on the floor daydreaming, etc.

"Hey, did you ask Megan if she wants to come see a movie with us tonight?" "Yeah, I did but she's just going to stay home and mizz out for a bit."
