Somewhat strain themselves, the other person is definitely capable of hurting them but were always in control of the fight

Ex:

Person 1: Who you got in a fight, Wolverine vs Black Panther ?
Person 2:ehhh Wolverine mid diff, Black Panther is a very skilled fighter, but if it came down to the wire I got Wolverine

When a character or person beats another character or person with medium amount of effort/difficulty. Usually used when power scaling.

(Random anime character) can kill (other random anime character) with mid diff!
