when you're eating so much delicious animal flesh that you feel your body being overtaken by a /meat/-gasm.

"i'd like a pepperoni pizza. with sausage. and chicken. and ground beef. and pastrami. do you have venison?"
"mmm ooh this is sooo goood i think i'm gonna have a MEAT-GASM!!!"
