Balkan way of saying someone is second in the smoking order. Mostly used for smoking weed. Popularized in the Croatian trap scene by Swana/Hladni and Mladi Kizo Manjača.

Person A is lighting a joint. Person B: "Manjača!" Person A will pass the joint to Person B next.
