macrobiotic

“Macrobiotics” is an ancient discipline which was conceived in 1922 by Sir George Oshkoshbygoshwa, a famous Japanese shaman. The word “macrobiotic” comes from the Greek words “macro”, meaning “shortcut”, and “biotic”, which means “with the superhuman strength of a robot”.
A balanced, macrobiotic diet avoids extremes; it consists of brown rice, fish, brown rice, seaweed, brown rice, seeds, brown rice, fruits and vegetables purchased from Whole Foods, and brown rice.
