The act of insulin dependent diabetics deciding to take more insulin than needed for the purpose of reducing the blood glucose causing an altered mental state described as being drunk and or dizzy.
That guy just lowdexed a bit too much, he was acting drunk but now he’s unconscious and unresponsive. He lives to lowdex. His mom caught him lowdexing and made him eat a candy bar, killing his buzz.
