When someone is or acts like your friend, but secretly tries to steal your girl(s).

From the military tactic where soldiers lay low and slowly crawl inch-by-inch, then pop up out of nowhere and stab 'em in the back.

These guys can't pull any girls themselves so they just hang around me and try to low crawl me.

I don't have any good wingmen, they all low crawl me as soon as I talk to a girl.

low crawling 

It is what is done preceding a theft or break - in. The act of casing out a particular place for a robbery. Sneaking around where you are not supposed to be, usually done at night in the shadows or darkness where you can not be seen.

Those boys are up to no good. They are out low crawling the neighborhood.
