Level of consciousness. Can be measured from 0-1000 LOC on earth using muscle testing. Archangels calibrate at 50,000 LOC with the LOC of Divinity measuring at INFINITY. Discovered by Dr. David Hawkins, author of Power Vs Force.
If someone is participating in the energy within the map of consciousness at 150 LOC, their experience will be dominated by anger; hate is the general emotional filter their experiences are passing through.

Derived from the Spanish word "loco" (crazy...ect).Influenced by hispanic culture in Los Angeles black gang members would refer to some of their wilder more active or actually mentally disturbed members as "loco".Due to the nature of gang banging , "loco" was associated with some of the more feared and respected members.The term and the associated behavior became very popular with Crips in particular so as use began to fade with Blood gang members it became synonymous (but not exclusive) with Crip culture.So common it became in crip vernacular it was shortened to "Loc" and used as a suffix in gang members names . example....C Loc... There have been bloods that use the label but the C was replaced with a K....example Lok.
My homeboy Ray Ray got into a fight with some bloods the other day, he shot one, now we call him Ray Loc.

Locs instead of dreads or dreadlocks, is a term used to describe cylindrical strands of naturally formed matted hair. Locs may also be formed by finger twisting, comb twisting or by braiding natural hair. Earliest documentation of Locs date from over 2000 years ago.
