A small town in Finland near the city of Kouvola. Basically it's a shit hole where no one who wants to be something would stay. Children move out of this place as soon as they just can. 50% of population is drunkards, retards and elderly. The other 50% is just unlucky to be born here...Good things are there's a lot of shops and other services, prices aren't nearly as high as in Kouvola either.
