When someone has consumed enough Marijuana to the point where their laughter no longer sounds normal but instead a repetition of the word "kee" in a whispered voice.

Bill: "Yo John isn't anal like trying to stick a baseball bat through a Cheerio?"
John (in a whispered tone): "kee, kee, kee, kee... Um yes"
Both Bill and John then continue Keeing for 20 seconds about the Doritos they had spilt on the floor.

Skeleton Keying

Based on the Kate Hudson movie Skeleton Key, in which an old lady steals her youth, skeleton keying is when you and your friend are both deservedly hungover, and suddenly one friend begins to feel much better, and the other friend much worse. The friend that is feeling better is 'skeleton keying' the other, or stealing their essence.
