Jump In The Pool

Originates from rapper Phanatik's song Pool Party, off the recent 2010 album, Party Over Here.

1. It means to engage in sexual activity, not just intercourse, but also masturbation, mutual masturbation, oral sex, and stripping/ dirty dancing.

2. If you are sexually active, you jump in the pool. If you DIVE in the pool, you enjoy sex and do it often. If you're a virgin or a born again virgin, you do NOT jump in the pool.

3. Can also refer to an orgy, like if someone asks if you've been to a pool party recently.

You think me an old fogeyand an old tory, his thoughtful voice said. I saw three generations since O’Connel’s time. I remember the famine. Do you know that the orange lodges agitated for repeal of the union twenty years before O’Connel did or before the prelates of your communion denounced him as a demagogue? You fenians forget some things. (James Joyce, Ulysses. Penguin Books,1992. p. 38)

church hurt

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
