jakkify

the process of placing an object in the care of someone, consequently having it disappear inexplicably to never be found again, often within a timeframe of minutes to hours after placing it in the care of the previously mentioned person.

(friend): Where is the car park ticket?
(Poor soul): hmm I'm sure I had it somewhere over here...
(friend): Oh no! Did you jakkify it?
(Poor soul): wait, wait, I'm sure it's somewhere under the seat or something.
(friend): It's been jakkified!
