Such a name is only given to the very best ladies, girls and gals. An Irina is the sweetest, most beautiful girl in any given room, without exceptions. Those elusive girls are mistresses of communication and are always full of positivity and energy. Some even say that they are compassionate and understanding even to the most hot-headed or dumb individuals. Being Romanian makes for a really awesome combo since she can also cook really well!
