A person who creates the perception that they can program, by posting pictures of themselves with computers on Instagram.

These are usually attractive people gathering a following with the intention of advertising to them.

These pictures may also be of:
* an incomprehensible block of code in the text editor Sublime.

* A stack of programming books that teach unrelated languages; C++ & CSS, HTML & Objective-C
* Paper notebook with a block of syntax written on it
* multiple computers with the subjects hand on either of the keyboards
* Yoga poses with a laptop open in front of the user

* A glass of wine held out in front of a computer

You should open source less, instacoders don't do it so it must not be cool.

NOUN: An Instagrammer who indulges in trends, new or old, and tries to recreate them on their own feed, usually trying to impress others. (They tend to say that they had zero influence or inspiration.)
