The opposite of outsource; meaning this is one job you can't find someone else foolish enough to do, or you can't find someone competent enough to do it with the kind of money and credibility you have available so you're just going to have to do it yourself.

Insourcing is the reverse economic process of outsourcing. Insourcing is the process of bringing jobs to the shores of America, where many of those jobs were overseas, perhaps for decades. Insourcing will be widely used and heard in the near future
