To retain a thought-process in accordance with one’s own personal agenda; to not give a flying fuck about anyone else. This usually comes with an air of arrogance, and (sometimes) slight douchebaggery .

Example one:
Matt: That kid is a prick

Derek: He got that icicle mentality.

Example two:

Alex: you seem unfazed by their insults, but how?
Brett: it’s icicle mentality.
