I'll cut you is a term used when someone wishes to acquaint someone's skin with a sharp object, most usually a knife.
Girl 1: "Haha, and I just, like, couldn't believe she said that!"

Used when upset with another person, with no intention whatsoever of using a knife to literally cut them. Started with a 20-somethings white girl with a bad attitude only when appropriate. Pair with a gangsta roll- this one is a classic.
