the act of conducting illicit and sexual activities with a partner or several partners (whatever tickles your fancy) under the influence of hunter valley wine.

Your beer googles have switched to wine googles after many wine testing tours in the Hunter Valley Vineyards. You sing red red wine on your tour bus and feel the need to become rather frisky with your partner or the whole tour bus. This is known as a sever case of Hunteralia.
